Cabell Design Studio is a professional organization dedicating to providing and maintaining the highest degree of quality and integrity in our business transactions with you, our client. In an effort to continually improve our services, we welcome all of your comments. Our primary goal is to provide you with an outstanding finished product for your most important and personal environment.


Cabell Design Studio (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is dedicated in our efforts to maintain your privacy. Personal information collected through your use of our Web site will be used for the processing of orders and for communication between Cabell Design Studio and you. Beyond facilitation of manufacturer orders, we will not share or disclose your personal information. Please read our full Privacy Policy for full information.


Cabell Design Studio processes orders placed on the Trudie Parker shopping pages within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders placed during those days will be processed the following business day.

Currently we only ship to street addresses within the continental U.S. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you would like to send to destinations outside the continental U.S., please contact us and we will try to make alternate shipping arrangements.

We make every effort to maintain a database of current products. Occasionally, however, items become discontinued or unavailable without our knowledge. Please understand that this is out of our control. In the event that your order is unable to be fulfilled as a result of manufacturer alteration, we will contact you within two business days and you will have the option to select an alternate item or cancel the order.


At Cabell Design Studio we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Your credit card will be charged at time of order placement for the full amount due.


Sales tax will apply only on orders shipped to Virginia.


We use several different shipping methods. Items purchased will ship Cabell Design Studio's choice of best method; UPS, FedEx or Freight. Your shipping and handling charge is based on a per item charge and will appear with the description of each item. Should you wish to utilize your own shipping method, please contact us to discuss this alternative. There will be a $150 handling fee for using an alternate shipping method.

Several items offered on our Web site ship directly from a manufacturer. Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon its arrival. If an item has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper directly and immediately. Please save all packaging and packing material. Contact us only after you have contacted the shipper and we will aid in facilitating the exchange process.


The majority of items offered on our web site are custom made and not stocked. The quoted delivery times are our manufacturer's best estimate of delivery time. These times are offered with the description of each item. Our clients accept that the manufacturing time can not be rushed or altered and dates given for delivery are guided by our manufacturers best estimates. Please understand that Cabell Design Studio does not have control over and is not responsible for manufacturers variation in ship dates. In the event that you need an item sooner than its quoted delivery date, please contact us. If and where available, there will be a $150.00 service charge for rush orders.


Please be aware that when placing orders for fabrics, wall coverings and trimmings there are minimum order requirements. For fabrics, the minimum order is two yards, with half yard increments thereafter. For wall covering, the minimum order is generally two rolls. Certain manufacturers require a certain yardage and that will be placed alongside the description of that wall covering. For all trimmings; cord, gimp, tassel fringe, etc., the minimum is three yards. For all trim units; tie backs, tassels, unless sold as a pair, the minimum order is one, unless otherwise noted.


Due to the handmade quality of many of our offered items, please be aware that your item may not be exactly as it is pictured on our web site. In addition, irregularities in color, texture and finish in the natural construction of hand made items are to be expected and in no way indicate a flaw. Please understand that when purchasing a hand made item, some degree of variation is to be expected.


Once we submit an order confirmation to you, your order is final and binding. Upon arrival, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. All returns, if returnable, must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and will not be accepted otherwise. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after ten days from receipt of merchandise.

Cabell Design Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. When shipping a return item, please insure your package with an option to track it for your own protection. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser/buyer.

Credits on all accepted returns will be issued in the form of store credit to be used on future merchandise purchases with Cabell Design Studio. Please allow 1 week for Store Credit voucher to arrive. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be credited.

At Cabell Design Studio all sales are final on sale, discounted and custom items. Sale, discounted and custom items are not returnable. Returns on items that have been used, fabrics, wall coverings or drapery treatments which have been cut, hung or otherwise employed will not be accepted.
